Correspondante Finlandaise Kitten

Olen 55-vuotias pirteä lady Suomesta ja olen ahkera kirjoittamaan kirjeitä. Minulle voit kirjoittaa oletpa sitten mies tai nainen, nuori tai vanha - ystävyys ei tunne rajoja!

Olen kielenkääntäjä ammatiltani ja siksi luen paljon myös muuten - kaikilla osaamillani kielillä. Kirjahyllystäni löytyy niin dekkareita kuin paksuja historiallisia elämäkertojakin. Sen lisäksi tykkään katsoa elokuvia, kuunnella musiikkia, leipoa, tehdä käsitöitä, ja luonto on myöskin aina ollut lähellä sydäntäni. Kerään myös postimerkkejä.

Luonteeltani olen aika hiljainen, mutta hyvä kuuntelija: jos jollain ystävälläni on murheita, minulle voi ne kertoa pelkäämättä, että heti kertoisin ne eteenpäin. Arvostan ihmisissä juuri rehellisyyttä ja avoimuutta - huonotkin asiat pitää voida käydä läpi.

I'm a lady with my 55 years but young in mind! I'm also very fond of writing and getting letters, so all of you are welcome to write to me, young and old, men and women - the true friendship has no such limits, but can be found anywhere!

I'm a translator by profession and so also very interested in the world of the books. I read all the time something - various books from the thrillers/crimis to thick romantic and historical novels. I also like to watch movies, old tv-series and listen to music - have the radio all the time open behind me. The nature is also very near my heart - I spent the first years of my life in the country and learned to love the animals and the wonders in the nature. Otherwise I'm interested in needlework, collecting stamps, baking, having chat-hours with my friends. Someone has said that I'm a good listener - if one has any problems, he/she can tell them to me without the fear that I would run to tell that fruther.

To learn to know new people from the different countries and hear more about their culture etc. And the joy of letters: imagine an early morning, when you have just waken and prepared a cup of good coffee. Then you hear the mailman drop you the mail. You go and look: bills, silly advertisements - and as the last A LETTER FROM A FRIEND!!! That cheers the morning up! Let's try this!
